Booking and Confirmation of a Party

No party is confirmed until we receive both the deposit and a completed booking form/terms and conditions.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your date/time and your party balance must be paid one week prior to the party.

In the event of a cancellation by you, for whatever reason, the deposit is non-refundable. However if more than a weeks notice is given, the deposit may be transferred to re-book another date, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Performers UK.

If you cancel your party after payment of the final balance, both your deposit and balance will be non-refundable.

Any changes to the booking must be received in writing prior to the party and agreed by Performers UK.

Please note that your hire starts from the time stated on your confirmation email from Performers UK (30 minutes to set up, 1.5hr party, 30 mins to clean down) Please do not arrive earlier than this as we may not be able to allow you access due to other hires.

The Party Itself

The responsible adult (and/or person booking) must accept full responsibility for all children attending the party and for injury or damage caused during the party. The responsible adult (and/or person booking) must ensure that there is adequate supervision at ALL TIMES whilst the bouncy castle and equipment is in use.

Any damage that occurs during your party to any piece of hired equipment will be subject to a damage fee payable by the responsible adult (and/or the person booking).

Children AND adults must remove footwear before using any hired equipment and the responsible adult (and/or person booking) must ensure that NO FOOD OR DRINK is to be taken onto the mats or bouncy castle at any time or this may be subject to a cleaning fee payable by the responsible adult (and/or person booking).

Please note that your hire only includes hire of “The Great Gatsby” hall and we may have other hires with children throughout our building.

Please ensure that all guests attending act in an appropriate manner and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any persons be smoking outside the building or consuming alcohol.
