All fees are payable in advance. Performers UK must receive a non-refundable trial session payment (if you are a new member) details of which you will find in your welcome email.

Performers UK operate as a membership, and your monthly fee will include specialist training 50 weeks of the year at the cost of 48 weeks.

We take into consideration compulsory closure for 2 weeks at Christmas, plus an allowance for 2 weeks additional holidays/absences per year.

All sessions run as normal, regardless of whether every student for that session is in attendance and no refunds or fee reductions will be given for missed sessions.

Membership benefits include guest teachers, workshops and events such as our themed fun days during holiday periods, 10% off party packages, movie nights and Christmas parties all completely free of charge and included in your membership.

We also offer a sibling discount of 20% to main school students (Junior/Senior Performers).

ONCE A MEMBER ALL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS CAN BE BOOKED VIA THIS LINK - https://bookwhen.com/performersevents

1-1 tuition will incur a separate fee and will be an agreement between that individual and teacher.

Payment over 12 months Explained:
Fees have been worked out by their class fee rate, with students paying for 48 weeks training per year (rather than 12 full months/52 weeks). Example: A performer who trains 1class per week is charged a class fee of £9.50. The four-week cost for this, paid monthly, is £38.00. The performer therefore only pays for 48 weeks training per year (12 x £38.00) rather than 52 weeks.

Membership to Performers UK runs on a rolling basis until you tell us that you no longer wish to attend - in which case a 4 week notice must be given in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and your final month paid in full.

Failure to pay your child’s fees (after a reminder) will result in your child’s space being automatically withdrawn from our system. Further attendance will require re-booking which is subject to availability and at the principals discretion.

In paying your child’s first month's balance you are committing to the membership. Should your child wish to leave Performers UK at any point a 4 week notice must be given in writing.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES -

In the unlikely event that any PUK classes or events need to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, Performers UK will endeavour to provide an alternative.

In the event that PUK can not provide ANY alternative a full refund will be given. This will be at the discretion of PUK and its principals.

If an alternative has been offered, in any format, a refund will NOT be given.

No refunds will be given for any days, sessions or events a student/participant cancels or does not attend.
